To report a pothole, please fill out the form below. Requests are checked each business day and initial inspections scheduled within two business days of receipt (weather and other circumstances permitting).

The Cambridge DPW does not maintain the following roadways: Alewife Brook Pkwy, Fresh Pond Pkwy, Land Boulevard, McGrath & O'Brien Hwy, and Memorial Drive. Contact mass.parks@state.ma.us for these roads.
